EasySun warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply in full to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shenzhen EasySun Information Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
